Committee Structure
The President, with input from confidential advisors, selects the various committee members that form the 365 SWPF General Assembly. Consisting of at least one representative from each committee, international leaders, event hosts, plus one or more member athletes are chosen each year. The General Assembly meets at least twice per year to discuss all federation business, as it pertains to strategic organization and planning, each committee review, marketing, international relations, referee evaluation, sponsor considerations, additional meet site options, etc.

Bill Clary
Bill competed at the highest National level as an Elite powerlifter, in both the 181 and 198 lb. classes. He's also coached or mentored many up and coming athletes through the use of detailed progressive training strategies as well as both physical and psychological preparatory methods.
Prior to founding 365 Strong, he previously directed and promoted state and national events with the USPF.
Throughout the sport and as the CEO of Elite Consultants Inc., Bill is well known for his progressive thinking, leadership, integrity, organization skills, promotional expertise, lifter safety, and dedication to providing athletes with extraordinary events.

Dustin McClure: Holds 181's multi-ply world records for M/P/F & Open bench. Long time military trainer and confidant.
Bill Gillespie: All-Time World Bench Record holder, SHW - Unlimited bench of 1129.8 lb.
Doug Smithey: One of the top ranked and respected Masters bench pressers in the world. Focused on approval of gear. All-Time 275 lb. class Bench of 1003 lb. (Unlimited)
