· This event will be hosted by Florence Strength & Conditioning, Florence, KY

· Early Weigh-In: Friday, April 15, 2022 from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon & 4:00 - 6:00 pm

· Late Weigh-In: Saturday January 22, 2022 from 7:00 - 8:00 am (by request only)

Rules Meeting: 8:00 am

Competition Begins: 9:00 am

Team Roster Form

Step #1: Go to the Red Membership App button in the upper right-hand corner on this page. Then, go to the PayPal button to pay for your Lifetime or Annual Membership Fee.

Step #2: In order to register for this event go to the yellow Register Now button at the top of the page. Then go to the PayPal "Pay Registration Fee" button, use the left-hand dropdown list on PayPal to select the appropriate amount (as described in Step #3).

Step #3: Click on the PayPal button and select your entry option from the drop down arrow.

Standard Registration Fee for Full Power: $110

Crossover and/or Strict Curl Fee: $50

Registration Fee for Full Power M/P/F, Teens & Youth only: $95

Registration Fee for Push Pull and Squat, Bench, Deadlift only Competition: $95

Team Entry: $80 (rosters due by April 6th, fee due at Early Weigh-In)
